Yeah I would have said months but coach BB has been saying we will notice a different in weeks which was a surprise. He said they would literally change their body's in weeks. They will be stronger, in better shape, & better football players bc of it.

I'm thinking for the upper classmen who have been in a weight program for a while the jump won't be near as far for them because their bodies have already been pre-conditioned to an extent.
The younger guys and some that need to gain some over all muscle mass will probably take a little longer.
We'll see what they look Iike between spring ball and fall camp.
