I was not sold on him when I saw him play. Neither was any of the five coaches I was sitting with at time. Are all six of us wrong? Maybe, time will tell.
Zach Mettenberger has never started an FBS game. He's thrown 11 passes in his LSU career -- and now he's the Tigers' starting QB. The pressure is obvious, but Larry Holder says the 6-foot-5 junior is relishing his shot.

Hopefully he does not play well against us. I think not having a good QB is the only thing that holds LSU back. If they could land a good one they would be pretty dominate. Am I of base thinking this?

History tells me that somehow in some way Lester will find a way to have the Qb situtation all Jacked up!
Having them as the last regular season game is to our advantage. The Mad Hatter will have that kids head so messed up he may of already transfered by week 12!
He does have a way of doing that :-)
Seems to be improving and maturing. Good stuff out of Manning Passing Academy.
All Zach Mettenberger ever wanted was a chance.

I could see that. One game is dangerous thing to judge someone too good or too harsh on , but man he looked bad that one game. Also some very talented coaches said they wouldn't recruit him. I don't know how he will do, but he is a key for them no doubt.
