There's an overall size issue, particularly on the OL. Those guys are huge. Not sure of the average wt., but it has to be well over 300#. It's a lot harder to shove those dudes around.

The new guy will probably not strip every lineman of 20-30 lbs. That is a reason we aren't strong as we need to be in the oline.
