The record during the regular season vs. playoffs isn't always an accurate picture. The Bulls were very good during the regular season without Rose, but what happened in the playoffs when he went down? Yeah they found out the good record during the regular season didn't mean anything. Durant was the MVP. Your system would just give Lebron the MVP each year. If they are going to do that just call it the LeChoke Award and give it to him in preseason. Maybe if they don't win it this year Pat Riley can figure out a way to get him another all-star so he can finally win a championship. If that fails after a fourth all-star, get him a fifth one the following year and so on until he wins a title.
