When we note that Franklin led us in tackles 4 straight years what are we really sayin ?
Imo what it says more than anything is our opponents game planned to attack or defensive interior.
Franklin is still on the board with what 400 career tackles ? Mlb'rs are coming off the board long before him with 100 career tackles...

Not sure what your point is. A lot of WRs came off the board before Childs, Wright and Adams too. Franklin did a great job for Arkansas for four years.

In other words Franklins numbers are more of a result of teams wanting to attack him ?

Well, if they were going up the gut they had to get past the DTs to get to him. All I know is if no Jerry Franklin returning that fumble against Vandy not sure they win the game. A lot of great Arkansas players, college players, weren't drafted by the NFL so once again don't know what the draft has to do with the fact he was the best LB had the past four years. About the only thing close to him was Highsmith. WRs with a lot less production went higher than the 3 WRs from Arkansas.
