My vote goes to Mekale Mckay. He has the frame to carry a good 220-230lbs. If he buys in I feel like Herbert will help him become one of the SEC's best.
J. Williams is up 15 pounds as well I cant wait until spring red-white game.
I will go out on a limb and say the whole O-Line
Exactly my thought!
The O-line will all look like new players.
I will also say the LineBackers.. we were injury prone at those positions

We need to be stronger across the board. CBs need to get strong so they can jam at the line. LBs need to beef up so they can "lay the wood". The same goes for the Safeties. All of our linemen need to get stronger. The bench numbers for our offensive linemen the last few years has been very poor.
I think a guy like Cordale Boyd is going to love Herbert. He's a gym rat as it is....
Oh yeah, like I said the entire team. That is part of why some teams like Bama for example are successful year in and year out... the entire staff every single coach or assistant or whatever on down is all 100% on the same page with one goal.
This staff is building that big time.
Yes I read where when RK from Hawaii comes in his bench and squat will already be higher than the current o-lineman we have at Arkansas already.
AJ Turner, McKay and Cowan, Lowe and well the entire team :)
I think the "Linemen" is where it needs to be the biggest change then the LB's CB's and RB's.. <<< in that order
