Average recruiters don't go to three straight BCS games.
Recruiting to Siberia (Wisconsin) is more difficult than recruiting to Fayetteville. We have always recruited better than Wisconsin with average recruiters in the past. CBB will have to prove it here but he sure has some characteristics of a good recruiter.
Madison is an awesome community...one of the best college towns in the country.
I agree Madison is a great community. Fayetteville being in South and in SEC should make it easier though. When you add facilities and larger budget as well it tilts heavily doe him to do better here than there.
Madison is a nice place in the summer, I'm not a big fan of being there in the winter. Also, even in Madison the Packers rule the roost. Wisky will always be second fiddle to the Packers.
Just commenting that Madison is a nice place....not Siberia. Just one of those things where it's obvious the poster knows little about what he's posting about. Similar to what I have to listen to down here about Arkansas having cows and pigs laying around the airport runways when recruits come to visit!
BB is no average recruiter. He had two seasons in a row where he sent like 12 and 10 players to the NFL.....right up there at the very top in the entire country.
He knows how to hire tremendous assistants that can recruit.
Can't agree with that at all, let's see how everyone does especially all the new coaches and grade them after they develope the talent , I believe it will be in a different order with exception of Bama .
