Not a fan of the hire. Call me a pessimist all you want. That is all. WPS!
BornToBeRed said: WPS, just a head's up. We might be the most family-friendly board on the network, so take it easy on your normal wps-ness.
I second that...
You should be dancing about Gussy though...

Give it a chance, wps! It will grow on you!
Dude, go to the Bucknut site and see what we have to say about this hire. Around the Shoe is open to everybody. Also notice how many fans are online w/ no Buckeye Bole. Feel your pain.
I'm still laughing my tail off about him bailing on asu. My Facebook status reads, "lol at ASU. Malzahn is gone. Your program is a stepping stone for coaches looking to start/resurrect their coaching career. You will always be a stepping stone and the second best program in the state. WPS!"

WTF Yankee mush mouth jabber was that???
LOL at the name bucknut see down here we cut off the bucks nutts when you kill one. I will honestly say that the funniest site I've ever seen at a football game was at the Sugar Bowl watching the short fat guys(with no women) doing the O H I O with their arms. Seriously more than half were short( I'm talking 5'7" and 250lb) fat dudes that were dressed in leather jackets and toboggan every where they went for 3 days straight.
I remember seeing that as well. I just thought it was some of their typical hairy butch females from up there in bucknutville...
Yeah it was crazy my wife was 6 months pregnant and I didnt see 10 girls for Ohio State that were smaller than her.
Ok you're a pessimist.
I think some folks are disappointed for the simple fact that its not spread a style offense, but if you look at the top two teams in our conference (Bama and LSU) they are both run by defensive minded coaches. BB played nose guard in college that's about as defensive minded as it gets. Ironically Both Saban and Miles also cut their teeth in the Big10. So the question is do you want passing stats or do you want wins?
- BB has a 74% winning percentage as a HC.
-He has the ninth-highest winning percentage among active coaches in the NCAA with at least five years of experience.
-Has 3 BCS (Rose Bowls) games on his résumé.
-Wisconsin ranks in the top 25 in the country in rushing offense, total defense, scoring defense, rushing defense, pass efficiency defense and pass defense.
- He has had 16 players earn All-America honors, including 10 first-team All-Americans.
Wisconsin also had two Outland Trophy winners, one winner of the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award and one Lott IMPACT Trophy winner as well as finalists for numerous other individual awards, including the Heisman Trophy. In the last five years, 16 Badgers were taken in the NFL Draft, including three in the first round.
