Otis... i know whenever we hire a new coach to this staff from a different school, people ask about the recruits that they were recruiting at the previous institution. Are there any recruits that coach Smith was recruiting for this recruiting period for KSU looking at arkansas now?

He has 2-3 kids in Texas committed to K-State that I like. I have no idea if any will now consider UA. but I do like three of them particularly Isaiah Williams of Dallas Skyline

On paper, this staff looks to be one that can compete for championships even better than CBP's. I suspect it will take a minimum of 3 seasons to get there, but I may be in for a surprise. Long did a great job with this hire and not going the T-Rex arms approach to hire quality assistants and coordinators.
