OK what kind of offense does Mariucci run? And do you think he would keep most of the staff in place? I could get excited about this caat if he maintaained most of the current staff. Thanks!

My top three in order would be Holorsen, Briles, and then Mariucci...... Would be happy with any of the three as long as the keep or hire a pitbull defensive coach...No thanks on Butch Davis did nothing at NC so he is past his prime and don't need his baggage....

Who is out there that is better than these guys? I read this each time we post a story, but who is better than guys on this list that might be interested in the job after the season? Names from anyone please. Who are these great coaches that are going to be available after the season? I would love to hear some names because I haven't yet.

I'm Texas A&M grad and was just interested in the story. I'm sorry about Petrino, yes he was a good coach there is no doubt about it, but when you look at how he treated employers and players in the past, you can tell he doesn't care about anyone but himself. I have to say that if you guys could get Art Briles he would be a great hire. What he was able to do at Houston and Baylor was incredible. Players love him and play hard for him and he is a great recruiter, really knows how to find the diamond in the rough players like a RG3. If he were at top program like Arkansas, look out. What he has done at Baylor, taking a team that might get one Big 12 win a year to the upper end on the league. Not to mention he is the reason Baylor is building a new 100 million $ stadium. Great Coach, great person, would be a great hire.
