Our offense is really good.

Boyd, Ward, and Taiwan Johnson are not dressed out.

Jason Peacock is not dressed out.

Well fellas, unless something changes, we will not win SEC west. That is just the simple truth. I don't know how anyone can see our performance and not conclude that.

Not saying that we won't turn it around, because I don't want to give up yet, but that is how is seems right now.

I never thought we would. Just don't have the talent yet to compete in the trenches with Bama or LSU. Too many lean recruiting years there right now for us to win the West.

Bama or LSU would have held this team to under 100 total yards. We've given them over 300 thus far.

I mean think about it. Otha Peters, who is the most heralded LB recruit we have signed in years and is already passing other people on the depth chart, was not even recruited by LSU. They thought he was too small for them.

That should tell you about our defensive talent compared to theirs. Now admittedly, we do not need to be better than them on defense because we are better on offense. That much is true. But we have got to close the talent gap on defense if we want to win the West. Just have to do better in recruiting defensive talent.
