Coach Herbert is huge on recovery which is a big factor in avoiding injuries and keeping players fresh game after game and they all get better with it.
Big kudos for Long for being willing to pay Herbert to get him to come as well, that was a big factor to do that.

Can you update on some of the results from their Twitters? I heard JW is now up to 220 lbs. Glad we have Mr. Herbert.
