Otis Kirk is a name that Arkansas fans have been familiar with for decades. He has covered all aspects of the UA program, and most recently covered Arkansas recruiting for Rivals.com.

Kirk was in the newspaper business for 25 years, and has been a columnist and sports editor who has covered Arkansas coaches Bobby Petrino, Nolan Richardson, Mike Anderson, Houston Nutt, Danny Ford, Jack Crowe, Ken Hatfield, John McDonnell, Dave Van Horn, Norm DeBriyn, Gary Blair, Tom Collen, Stan Heath, John Pelphrey and others.

He also covered players (and the recruitment of players) like Darren McFadden, Felix Jones, Peyton Hillis, Ken Hamlin, Matt Jones, Shawn Andrews, Jamaal Anderson, Chris Houston, Kenoy Kennedy, David Barrett, Jonathan Luigs, DeMarcus Love, Ryan Mallett, D.J. Williams, Clint Stoerner, Anthony Lucas, Ahmad Carroll, Jeb Huckeba and hundreds more.

In addition to his work on the Web, Kirk has a daily sports talk show on the Sports Hog 103.1 FM in Arkansas.

Robert Turbeville has been a sports journalist in Arkansas since 1995, spending 13 of those years at the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette in Little Rock.

He was part of the Democrat-Gazette’s coverage team for Arkansas Razorbacks football for six seasons and was also the paper's beat writer for the Dallas Cowboys.

Most recently, Turbeville was sports editor of his hometown newspaper, the Pine Bluff (Ark.) Commercial, receiving a first-place award in 2011 from the Associated Press Managing Editors for spot sports news coverage and a first-place award from the Arkansas Press Association for sports feature writing.

Turbeville has won several other honors, including a second place award in the APSE national contest in the 100,000-250,000 circulation division.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
