Grossmont (Calif.) College 3-star cornerback Kweishi Brown has committed to Arkansas.

Brown is at Arkansas on an official visit at this time. He arrived in Fayetteville on Wednesday. Brown chose Arkansas over Kansas State and others. He had offers from both Arkansas and the Wildcats.
"Arkansas was my No. 1 school," Brown said. "That's where I wanted to go."
Brown is the seventh commitment to pledge for Arkansas in the Class of 2014. Brown is scheduled to possibly graduate from junior college in December and enroll at Arkansas in January.
"I'm not sure when I will graduate," Brown said. "I'm ready to get it over with."
Arkansas was Brown's first offer and came after he didn't play football for two years until last season. Brown said that first offer meant a lot to him.
"It was mind blowing," Brown said. "The interest they showed me from the beginning to now."
Brown will leave on Friday, but also is joined by Fort Scott (Kan.) Community College defensive tackle Abu Lamin and Lackawanna (Pa.) Community College offensive tackle Jermaine Eluemunor on official visits to Arkansas this week. Both Lamin and Eluemunor are 4-star recruits.
Brown has a 247Composite grade of 87, the No. 28 junior college recruit in the nation, No. 2 cornerback in junior college and No. 7 junior college recruit in California.
